Jessica Aviva, Ph.D., is an educator, writer, researcher, and instructor committed to fostering thriving feminist leaders and community organizations. She is the founder and director of The Fruition Coalition, the facilitator of Club Fruition, and the editor and publisher of Fruition Journal. She has authored more than 15 books on leadership and social change.
Holding a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University, Jessica’s research is centered on feminist leadership, solidarity, and social movements. She has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, leading organizations focused on education, housing, and community development.
