PRICES of gasoline and diesel will increase starting Tuesday, February 21, 2023, while there will be a rollback for kerosene, petroleum firms announced on Monday, February 20.

Pilipinas Shell, Cleanfuel, Petrogazz, Jetti Petroleum, PTT Philippines, Seaoil and Caltex said in separate advisories that gasoline will go up by P0.90 per liter, while diesel will have an increase of P1.05 per liter.

The price of kerosene will slightly drop by P0.25 per liter for Shell, Seaoil and Caltex.

Caltex said the new adjustment will take effect at 12:01 a.m. of February 21, while Cleanfuel will have it implemented at 4:01 p.m.

PetroGazz, Jetti Petroleum, PTT Philippines and Seaoil will implement the adjustments at 6 a.m. Tiuesday.

The price hikes came after two weeks of rollback in petroleum products. (LMY)
