(SeaPRwire) – On Saturday, the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv issued a security advisory warning that a “potentially significant air attack” might target the city within the next 24 hours.
In a statement, the U.S. Mission to Ukraine said: “The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv has received information about a potentially significant air attack that could occur at any time over the coming 24 hours.”
“As always, the embassy recommends U.S. citizens be prepared to take shelter immediately if an air alert is announced,” the warning added.
This alert follows a warning from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy that Russia was preparing to strike Ukraine using a hypersonic Oreshnik missile.
