PERSONS Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) of the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) and Correction Institute for Women (CIW) can now be visited again after the Bureau of Corrections (Bucor) resumed the visitation in the facilities.

The Bucor suspended the visitation permit in the two facilities over the past two weeks due to the increase of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) cases there.

It said PDLs at the NBP and CIW are now all Covid-free.

The Bucor said, however, that visitors still need to present a negative antigen test result taken 24 hours before the visit, and the wearing of a face mask all the time during the visit is still required.

Visitation schedule is from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday. (SunStar Philippines)
