FIVE individuals were killed after a fire broke in a fireworks factory in Calamba City, Laguna on Friday, November 18, 2022.
In a report, police identified the four casualties as Leticia Yutan Corral, 83; James Darwin Corral Delluson, 22; Ryan James Guttierez, 18; and Kenneth Buebo, 24.
The other fatality is still being identified.
Police said explosions were heard from the establishment located in Sitio Majada in Barangay Canlubang before it was engulfed by fire around 11 a.m.
The fire was raised to second alarm and was declared under control around 12:03 p.m.
