Prime Facility Services is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the cleaning contract for four schools in Wolverhampton under the Elston Hall Learning Trust (EHLT), starting on 1st September 2024. This significant achievement marks another local win for the company, headquartered in Telford, and reinforces its growing presence in the education sector within the Midlands.
A Successful Tender Process
The tender process for this contract began in 2023 as part of a joint tender with St Bartholomew’s C of E MAT. In 2024, the tender was re-issued as a standalone opportunity, and Prime Facility Services emerged as the successful bidder, showcasing the company’s commitment to excellence and service quality.

Staff Transition under TUPE Regulations
Prime Facility Services will take over from Wolverhampton Council, and approximately 17 staff members will transfer to Prime under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE). This transition ensures continuity for the schools and job security for the existing staff.
