AUTHORITIES have arrested a drug suspect who yielded 10 kilograms of methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu) valued at P68 million, Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Debold Sinas said on Tuesday, April 27, 2021.
Michael Lucas, 35, was arrested in a drug bust in Dasmarinas City, Cavite.
Sinas said Lucas has been engaged in illegal drug transactions for more than two years and is a member of a drug syndicate distributing illegal drugs, particularly shabu, in Central Luzon, National Capital Region and Mindanao.
“The suspect gets supply of illegal drug items from a certain Chinese national who was detained at Muntinlupa and delivered to him by other cohorts where he distributes 10 to 15 kilos of shabu in the different areas,” said Sinas.
