His background includes co-founding Kronos, Inc. (now UKG), serving as a General Partner for the Stanley Cup-winning New York Islanders, and holding senior leadership positions at Hasbro, notably as Senior Vice President – Europe. He started his professional journey on Wall Street, focusing on leveraged buyout transactions.
Eleazar Amoussou, Co-Founder and CEO of Nexus Nova Innovations, stated, “Anthony’s global experience and entrepreneurial leadership will be vital as NNI embarks on its next growth phase. His vision and dedication to mobility are perfectly aligned with our mission to trailblaze sustainable, next-generation transportation.”
Beyond his responsibilities at NNI, Mr. Parkinson is also actively involved in several other initiatives focused on human well-being and sustainability, such as:
- OXbyEL Technologies: A prominent innovator in the detection, collection, and destruction of “Forever Chemicals” (PFAS). Its current pilot program resulted from Mr. Parkinson’s efforts and network.
- SorbiForce: Supports the development of the world’s inaugural sustainable battery, engineered by Ukrainian professionals and currently expanding its operations in Phoenix.
- Climate Hive: A platform enhancing sustainability initiatives through webinars, podcasts, business development, and its “What Do You Solve?” entrepreneurial interview series.
Nexus Nova is nearing completion on its primary hydrogen-powered, autonomous-capable model. Morgan Stanley estimates the addressable market for urban flight could surpass $1.0 trillion by 2040, highlighting significant opportunities in urban air mobility across infrastructure, fleet management, and technological advancements. The first generation of NNI’s vehicles utilizes electrical ducted fans and downwash reduction technology, enabling them to hover six to twelve inches above the ground during operation. Requiring only NHTSA certification, this design significantly reduces regulatory costs.
Simultaneously, a second generation is under development, designed to smoothly transition to full aerial mobility, reaching altitudes of up to 200 feet. This advanced model features an AI-driven multi-sensor navigation system, integrating LIDAR, radar, GPS, and real-time imaging for precise control in urban flight environments. NNI is actively collaborating with the FAA, DOT, and NHTSA concerning aerial safety and regulatory mandates.
Automaker Henry Ford famously declared in 1940, “Mark my words, a combination airplane and motorcar is coming.” In 2025, that prediction has become a reality.
