
Gurgaon, Haryana Jul 7, 2025 – Food carton and pharmaceutical packaging manufacturer Grand Prints has invested in its fourth Excel Maxima Automatic die-cutter, specifically the Maxima HS 1020 (28×40-inch) model.

Dr. Rohin Anhal, Chief Executive Officer, stated that they are satisfied with the machine’s performance, adding that it performs its intended function effectively. He also mentioned plans to acquire another machine of the same model in the near future.
The Maxima HS-1020 is capable of cutting up to 7,500 sheets per hour. Anhal noted that the machine, installed two months prior, has been performing excellently in terms of speed and precision. He also highlighted Grand Print’s positive prior experiences with Excel Machinery, praising the company’s service as unmatched.
The machine features a pneumatic chase-locking system with a quick die lock, a rigid toggle design, a gripper bar lock system, automatic centralized lubrication, a computerized control touch screen display, a non-stop device in the feeder, a pre-loading attachment, and adjustable feeder timing.
According to Anhal, while they considered purchasing a machine from an Excel Machinery competitor, they ultimately chose Excel due to its status as a Make in India company. Anhal stated that using a domestically produced machine is a source of pride, and that it offers excellent performance at a lower cost compared to competitors’ machines.
