Beijing, China, July 21, 2025 – A promotional event for the Global Artificial Intelligence Machines and Electronics Expo (AIE) took place in Beijing on Thursday.
Under the theme “Bay Area Intelligence, Globally Embraced,” the AIE is scheduled to be held in Zhuhai and Macao from December 4-6, 2025.
The expo will showcase six distinct themed pavilions. Macao will concentrate on smart electronic products, hosting three pavilions dedicated to Smart Communication and IoT, Smart Audio-Visual and Metaverse, and Venture Capital and International Exhibition.
The Zhuhai venue will highlight smart machinery, featuring three pavilions: Smart Equipment and Industrial Internet, Intelligent Transportation and Future Mobility, and Smart Home and Health Technology.
According to Liu Ying, executive deputy secretary-general of the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce (CECC) and secretary-general of the AIE Organizing Committee, the expo is designed to be a “Technology Trendsetter, Global Networking Hub, and Industry Accelerator,” with the goal of creating a global platform for sharing advancements in smart manufacturing.
The event will combine forums and exhibitions, featuring over 50 business-matching sessions and anticipating more than 70,000 professional visitors.
The expo is guided by the Department of Commerce and the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province, organized by the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce (CECC), and supported by the Executive Committee of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute, and the Zhuhai Municipal People’s Government.
