JOBSEEKERS may want to head out to the Queen City of the South.

This as Cebu City has been found to have the most job vacancies from May 5 to 11, according to the Bureau of Local Employment (BLE).

Based on the BLE data, there are 4,513 job vacancies in Cebu City.

This was followed by General Trias in Cavite and Quezon City with 3,649 and 3,032 job vacancies, respectively.

Completing the top 5 locations of job vacancies are Angeles City in Pampanga (2,563) and Baguio City (2,541).

Other localities with high number of job vacancies are Malvar in Batangas (2,000); Makati City (1,329); Olutanga in Zamboanga Sibugay (1,300); Batangas City (1,060); and Orion in Bataan (1,005).

The BLE said the data is sourced from all the Public Employment Services Offices (Pesos) in every local government unit.
