Revere, Massachusetts Aug 1, 2025 – After recently obtaining the necessary special permit from the city of Revere, the veteran real estate developer is prepared to begin work on his newest project: a five-story commercial parking structure within Revere’s Technology Enterprise District (TED). The Revere City Council unanimously greenlit the special permit, enabling the consolidation of the district’s commercial auto repair and construction yards into a single parking garage featuring 583 spaces for park-and-fly customers and 14 spaces for visitors and staff.

The location of this new commercial parking structure has been strategically selected due to its close proximity to major Massachusetts routes, including Route 1A, Route 60, and Route 1, as well as being a short 10-minute drive from Boston’s Logan Airport. Upon completion of construction, the structure will also incorporate landscape improvements such as upgraded sidewalks and green areas. Additionally, it will provide convenient access to neighboring properties, including a self-storage facility, a commercial warehouse, and a commercial automotive storage parking lot.

This project has been underway since earlier in the year, with Ralph Caruso and R&S Realty securing their special permit from the Revere City Council in March 2025, thanks to the support of Revere Mayor Patrick Keefe, Jr., and the Revere Zoning Sub-Committee. Subsequently, R&S Realty appeared before the Revere Conservation Commission in May 2025, seeking an Order of Conditions for the parking structure. The Conservation Commission unanimously approved the Order of Conditions in June 2025.
