OTTAWA, ON, Dec. 9, 2025 – The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is set to release its annual Rental Market Report (RMR) on Thursday, December 11 at 10:00 AM ET.
The CMHC’s annual RMR offers a detailed analysis of the primary rental market and the secondary rental market (rented condominium apartments) in Canada’s largest CMAs (Census Metropolitan Areas).
