Seattle, Washington Aug 28, 2025  – Business Impact NW is pleased to mark the tenth anniversary of IMPACT Pitch, its flagship annual small business competition. This year’s event is scheduled for Thursday, October 9th, at 5 PM, at the Brockey Center within South Seattle College. It will also be live-streamed for virtual participants throughout the Pacific Northwest. Tickets can now be purchased.

Joe Sky-Tucker, President and CEO of Business Impact NW, commented, “In the past decade, we have distributed over $300,000 to small businesses that are positively impacting their communities. IMPACT Pitch transcends a mere competition; it serves as a tribute to entrepreneurship, and we encourage the community to join us in commemorating this significant achievement.”

IMPACT Pitch represents the finale of several months of competitive stages. At the event, ten finalists are set to present their pitches live to a public audience and a panel of judges. The evening’s agenda includes networking sessions, testimonials from successful alumni, and the much-anticipated unveiling of the 2025 prize recipients.

“My most cherished aspect of IMPACT Pitch was engaging with fellow small business owners and listening to their narratives. It proved profoundly inspiring,” stated Jens Hansen, owner of UVA Furem Winery and recipient of the Best Established Business Award in 2022.
