JOSE Arturo Maddela Tugade, son of former transportation secretary Arthur Tugade, was appointed as the acting general manager of the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA), the Office of the Press Secretary said on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.
Tugade, a lawyer, will take over the post of Cesar Chiong.
The newly appointed MIAA official is the youngest son of Tugade who served as the Department of Transportation official under the administration of former President Rodrigo Duterte. (SunStar Philippines)
