PHILIPPINE National Police (PNP) Chief General Rodolfo Azurin Jr. has named National Capital Region Police Office Chief (NCRPO) Major General Jonnel Estomo as third top man of the police organization.
Estomo was designated as the new deputy chief for operations, succeeding Lieutenant General Benjamin Santos Jr., who was assigned to the office of the chief PNP.
Taking over Estomo’s post is Major General Edgar Allan Okubo, head of the Special Action Force.
Okubo will be succeeded by Brigadier General Rudolph Dimas who will be replaced by Brigadier General Westrimundo Obinque as the director of the Police Regional Office 5 (Bicol). (SunStar Philippines)
