For the second consecutive year, Taylor Swift attended the Super Bowl to support her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, as the Kansas City Chiefs played in the NFL championship game. Unlike last year, she didn’t need to rush from a concert tour in Japan.
Soon after her arrival at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, photos and videos of Swift surfaced online, showing she was accompanied by several well-known friends. In addition to Ice Spice, she was seen with members of the band Haim, with whom she collaborated on the evermore track “No Body, No Crime.” Last year’s Super Bowl companions included Ice Spice, Ashley Avignone, and her mother, Andrea Swift.
The evening before the game, Swift enjoyed dinner in New Orleans with friends and family, including Kelce, his sister-in-law Kylie Kelce, Alana and Danielle Haim, and her parents. They were photographed at the Italian restaurant Gianna.
At the game, Swift sported an off-white blazer and over-the-knee boots. The Super Bowl pre-game entertainment included Ledisi singing “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” a Lady Gaga performance of “Hold My Hand” filmed on Bourbon Street, and a New Orleans-themed musical celebration featuring Harry Connick, Jr., a marching band, dancers, and horn players in purple velvet.
