Global Startup Summit 10th Edition, February 2025, Mumbai
The 10th Global Startup Summit took place in Mumbai’s IRA by Orchid in February 2025, attracting entrepreneurs, startup representatives, venture capitalists, and investors. The nine-hour event featured panel discussions covering technological advancements, profitability improvement, startup funding, and global business trends.
Mohit Sureka (Founder & CEO, Mojo Capital & Global Startups Club) delivered the keynote speech. Subsequent panels focused on efficient and scalable processes, operational streamlining, and innovation. Speakers included Pradeep Reddy (Managing Director, The Headquarters) and Jatin Paranjape (Founder & CEO, Khelomore), moderated by Prince Sharma (Founder & CEO, OrgEvo Consulting Pvt. Ltd.). A networking break followed.
A panel on scaling innovations in HealthTech featured Lalit Singla (HealthTech Veteran) and Dr. Sonali Kirde (strategic investor & consultant in Healthcare), moderated by Dr. Rakhee Kapoor (Founder, Stealth Startup).
Meanwhile, entrepreneurs Amit Vaishnav (Founder, Arihafoods Private Limited) and Shikha Talaviya (Co-Founder & CEO, Optodolce) presented live pitches to a panel of VCs and investors. Sumitra Sarkar (Brand & Marketing Consultant and Co-Founder, Semeion Consulting Pvt. Ltd) oversaw the Global Startup Battles, won by Amit Vaishnav.
Attendees and founders represented 20+ cities, with investors from Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, and Delhi. Post-event testimonials were collected from investors and speakers.
The event included the product launch of Clikdial, presented by Prince Sharma and its founder Raj Manta, and the book launch of “E-Volvement” by Vrinn C, introduced by Sabah Iqbal.
A panel on “The Future of Tech-Enabled Startups” featured insights from investors Saurabh Dani (Founder shareholder & MD India & Middle East Operations, SecureMatrix INC), Mohan Das (Founder, Seedicon), and Sachin Gupta (CEO & Co-Founder, Probo).
Actress Chahatt Khanna (Founder & CEO of Ammarzo) shared her entrepreneurial journey in a fireside chat.
Content creators Rajveer Singh, Aziz aka Thinketh, Vrinda Gupta, Samridhi Agarwal, Simran Wadhwani, and Rishen Dalmia discussed content creation strategies, receiving awards for their contributions.
The Indian MSME & Startup Awards 2025 were presented to Augment Works, Maluka Global Foods, Intelinovex, The Elefant, and Automation Saathi.
