Legato’s career began in the legal profession, where he served diligently as a lawyer. However, after his license was suspended, Mark was compelled to explore new career avenues. Undeterred by this significant change, he ventured into the food service industry.
Initially, Legato attempted to establish his own food-related business. Despite his efforts, the business did not achieve the desired success. Nevertheless, Legato’s passion for the culinary field remained unwavering. He then secured a position as an assistant manager at a fast-food restaurant, where he honed his skills in food service management.
Legato’s dedication and hard work soon led to a new opportunity at TGI Friday’s, a popular casual dining restaurant. As an associate manager, he showcased his leadership abilities and contributed to the restaurant’s operations.
His journey took another positive turn when he joined Arirang Steakhouse. Legato’s exceptional performance and commitment earned him a promotion to General Manager, where he successfully ran the restaurant, demonstrating his capacity to lead and manage in a competitive industry.
Seeking new challenges, Legato transitioned to the Assisted Living field as a Food Service Director. However, his past resurfaced, and the organization made the decision to let him go after discovering his background online.
Legato’s journey is a testament to his resilience, adaptability, and unwavering spirit. Despite the setbacks, he continues to pursue new opportunities and remains optimistic about his future endeavors.
