Miami, Florida, August 4, 2024 – Miami’s vibrant culinary scene is a melting pot of diverse influences, from American to Latin American, Caribbean, and Jewish cuisines. However, Chez Modeste, meaning “Modeste’s Place” in French, is redefining food experiences with its unique Central African twist. The 5-Course Cultural Brunch Experience in Miami promises a delectable culinary adventure for both locals and visitors.

At Chez Modeste, the chef is not just a cook but an artist, crafting unforgettable experiences. His unwavering commitment to delivering a unique and memorable in-home dining and cooking experience is evident in every detail. He fuses delicious food, good company, and inspiration around a family dinner table, ensuring each guest feels cherished and special. Chef Modeste’s culinary style is a harmonious blend of American, French, and Cameroonian influences, designed to make each guest’s experience truly unforgettable. Having spent 13 years in Paris, he was exposed to a wide range of French culinary styles, which he now masterfully combines with his African roots, creating a truly distinctive dining experience.

Chef Modeste was born in Yaounde, Cameroon. His mother owned two restaurants, where he worked, served, and learned to cook. While his background is in the tech industry, he is now pursuing his passion for cooking and sharing his culinary creations.

“We have something for everyone,” says Chef Modeste. “I’ve been cooking and bringing joy to people’s palates for over 30 years.”

Chef Modeste and his wife, Christina, host brunch in their cozy Miami apartment home. They create an immersive experience for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, or meals for family, friends, or co-workers. The brunch event lasts about two hours.

The signature menu at Chez Modeste is designed to cater to a variety of tastes and preferences. It features fresh fruit, berry and yogurt parfait, Modeste’s Signature French toast, spiced omelet, specialty breakfast sausage, herb-baked salmon, Modeste’s Crêpe Special, French Crusted Quiche, baby greens salad, and a Cameroonian specialty: Beignet Haricots. Groups of up to eight people can be accommodated, ensuring everyone enjoys the fabulous culinary experience at Chez Modeste.

In September, Chez Modeste is launching a tantalizing 3-Course Meal and a 3-Course Dining in the Dark Experience. Guests can choose between these two menu options.

The Chez Modeste Experiences are already listed on Tripadvisor and Viator. Use product code 472042P1. Due to high demand, only a few openings remain in August. Reserve your spot today online at [link].
